1. How to Download Instagram Reels & Videos

  1. Open the Instagram app or website on your mobile or desktop device.
  2. Navigate to the Reel video or post you want to save.
  3. Tap the Share / Paper Plane icon or click the three dots (•••) at the top right of the post.
  4. Select "Copy Link" to copy the URL to your clipboard.
  5. Come back to InstaSave, select the Reels / Video tab, and paste the URL into the input field.
  6. Click the Download button. The high-definition MP4 video will start downloading instantly to your device.

2. How to Download HD Instagram Profile Pictures (DP)

  1. Find the Instagram username of the profile you want to view (e.g. instagram or natgeo).
  2. On InstaSave, click on the HD Profile Picture tab.
  3. Type the username into the search bar and click Fetch DP.
  4. Preview the full-resolution high-definition avatar and click Download HD Image.

3. How to Bulk Download Profile Posts & Carousel Slides

  1. Select the Profile Explorer tab on InstaSave.
  2. Enter any public Instagram username.
  3. Click View Posts. Our system will extract the recent public feed items.
  4. You can download individual photos/videos or click Download All Posts to batch save the entire recent collection.

Q: Can I download media from private Instagram accounts?

Q: Where are downloaded files saved on my device?

A: Downloaded files are saved directly into your device's default Downloads folder. On mobile devices (Android/iOS), you can also find saved photos and videos directly in your Photos / Gallery app.

A: InstaSave fetches content in its original, highest available resolution—up to 1080p Full HD for videos and 1080x1350 / 1080x1080 for high-res images.
